The very first RITA system was purchased by Dudley Metropolitan Council back in 2018. Fast forward to 2022 and now every care home in Dudley has access to the  system. Furthermore, in 2020 the council was shortlisted for a national LGC award and in 2021 they won an iese GOLD award for project RITA!

We have recently undertaken a survey of the homes to find out how they are getting on and the feedback has been incredible. Not only are they all still using RITA every day but they are all still achieving the same amazing outcomes they did when they first introduced the system.
